Triben Plus Ear Drops (Clotrimazole, Ofloxacin, Beclomethasone Dipropionate &Lidocaine) – 5ml
Triben Plus Ear Drops provides an antibacterial and antifungal along with an anti-inflammatory agent. It may be used to prevent or treat infections. Triben Plus Ear Drops has been specially formulated to maintain the natural environment of the external ear canal. Triben Plus Ear Drops contains Ofloxacin which is a fluoroquinolone that has a broad spectrum of activity against otic pathogens but lacks the capacity for ototoxicity. Ofloxacin exerts its antibacterial activity by inhibiting DNA gyrase, a bacterial enzyme that is essential in DNA replication, repair, deactivation, and transcription.
Triben Plus Ear Drops is recommended for the treatment of superficial bacterial and fungal infections of the external auditory canal and middle ear, caused by organisms susceptible to the action of Ofloxacin and Clotrimazole.

TribenTM-VTM (Clindamycin&Clotrimazole Vaginal Softules)-7 Vaginal Softules
Triben-VTM consists of Clindamycin and Clotrimazole softules. Clindamycin is a lincosamide antibody primarily acting against Gram positive and a wide range of anaerobic bacteria. It inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by its action at the bacterial ribosome. The antibiotic binds preferentially to the 50S ribosomal subunit and affects the process of protein synthesis. Clindamycin has antimicrobial activity against Bacteroides spp., Gardnerella vaginalis, Mobiluncus spp., Mycoplasma homins, Peptotstrepoccus spp., Haemophilus spp. and Corynebacterium. Clotrimazole, on the other hand, is an imidazole and has broad-spectrum anti-fungal action. It brings about its therapeutic effect by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis. Clotrimazole has a fungicidal action against Candida and also trichomonacidal action.

Pantazole is used for the treatment of mild reflux disease and associated symptoms (eg.Heartburn, acid regurgitation, pain on swallowing).
